Every Hyperagent item is made to order, so we handle returns a little differently than a traditional store.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Email support@hyperagent.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sizing & change of mind
Because items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — and if you're unsure, reach out and we'll help.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows a problem or your package doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship if needed.
